We work with a wide variety of clients, scenarios and cases. We specialize in resolving real estate and rental disputes, as well as partnership contract conflicts.
Our Mediation Service Packages are great solutions for most conflict resolution, however we also offer custom services for Business Mediation and Divorce Mediation.
Mediation Service Packages
Single Issue Package
2.5 hours for $750
This package includes a mutually agreed 2 hour 30 minute block of time to work through a specific single-issue conflict. Note: this package is not for family divorce clients.
EXAMPLES:
Business partners need a neutral party to provide guidance or solutions for financial or decision-making issues, such as retaining a vendor
You’re facing a real estate dispute involving earnest money or contract performance
Full Day Mediation
6.5 hours - Pricing Varies
While we typically recommend clients begin with half day mediation sessions, sometimes full day mediation is the best option. Full day mediation is a comprehensive option for clients needing extensive assistance (9:30 AM to 4:30 PM with a 30 minute break midday).
Examples:
Clients with several issues in their cases, such as multiple properties or business transactions
Clients with complicated financial situations that need resolution with other companies
Business owners with many properties that are in dispute with multiple parties
Note: A mandatory $1,700 deposit is required for Full Day Mediation, as well as approval and an initial consultation with Karen Berry in order to book this package. A 10% non-refundable fee is retained if the mediation is cancelled after scheduling; the remainder will be refunded.
